Privacy policy
At Estudios Séptimo Cielo we process the personal data you provide to us in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on Personal Data Protection and the Guarantee of Digital Rights. What data we process and why
Contact form: name, email, phone number (optional), the service you are interested in and your message. We use them to reply to your enquiry and, if you ask us to, to prepare a quote for you.
Masterclass and seminar registration form: chosen course, full name, email, phone number, profile and comments. We use them to manage your place and to contact you about that course.
We do not use your data to send you advertising or to build profiles.
Legal basis
Your consent, which you give by ticking the acceptance box before submitting the form, and the taking of pre-contractual steps at your request (for example, when you ask us for a quote or a place on a course).
How long we keep it
For as long as necessary to deal with your enquiry or manage the course. If we end up working together, we will keep it for the periods required by law (for example, tax regulations). After that, it is deleted.
Who can access it
We do not share your data with third parties unless legally required to do so. Messages are sent to our email through our hosting provider's server, which acts solely as a data processor.
Your rights
You may ask us at any time to access, rectify or erase your data, to object to or restrict its processing, to request its portability and to withdraw your consent. Simply write to us at info@septimocielo.es stating which right you wish to exercise. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, www.aepd.es).
Cookies
This website does not use its own or third-party cookies, nor any analytics or tracking tools. That is why we do not show you a cookie notice.
Third-party content
YouTube videos, the Spotify playlist and the Google Maps map are not loaded automatically: they only connect to those services when you click on them. From that moment on, each service's own privacy and cookie policies apply. The same applies to links to our social media profiles and to other websites.
