We are a group of professionals with a passion for sound and a long track record in recording, mixing and music production. Each of us brings our own experience, sensitivity and creativity, giving every piece of work a unique identity.

In our studio, a personal approach, trust and collaboration matter just as much as technical quality. We believe the magic happens when an artist's talent meets the dedication and commitment of a team that loves what it does.

CEO & Co-founder

Chechu Martínez Herranz

Holder of a postgraduate degree in Audio and Sound Reinforcement Systems from the University of Valencia, he has completed several specialist music production courses at Berklee College of Music (Boston, USA), as well as Sound Design courses at Emory University (Atlanta, USA).

An Avid Certified Instructor in Pro Tools (Rome, Italy, 2019), he is co-founder and head of Estudios Séptimo Cielo, where he has completed more than 2,600 audio projects over the last 26 years.

He currently combines his work as a producer, sound engineer and musician with teaching, both at CPA Formación and at the Conservatorio Superior de Música de Aragón, where he has worked as a specialist lecturer since 2003.

Sergio Pérez Cuesta

A qualified Higher Technician in Sound for Audiovisual Media and Live Events from CPA Formación (Zaragoza), he is currently studying for a university degree in Music at the Universidad Internacional de La Rioja (UNIR).

He combines his university studies and further specialist training with his work as a sound engineer at the studio, where he has been since 2019 and has already taken part in more than 400 audio projects as assistant, engineer and producer.

Gonzalo Mateos Tobajas

Co-founder of Estudios Séptimo Cielo in 2000. A specialist in correcting, shaping and/or “rethinking” the audio signal, both analogue and digital, bringing it to its most faithful form for a specific environment.
